Sutter St. | December 2 | 5-9 pm

The Annual Sutter St. Christmas Tree Lighting is a free, city-sponsored event that we are a part of by hosting a Christmas wreath-making booth for all to enjoy! This evening is a great opportunity for our church to engage with the community, provide a fun activity for families, and invite them to be a part of Christmas at Community!

Greeters: Greeters are the first point of engagement at the wreath-making booth! Greeters will welcome and usher families to designated craft tables.

Table Hosts: Each craft table will have a table host who will engage with families and assist them with their wreaths. This role is an awesome opportunity to engage on a personal level with the community as every family is a guest at your table!

Greenery: Help clip greenery for the wreaths! This role requires the use of sheers and garden clippers – no children, please!

Supplies: Supply runners will be responsible for keeping the craft tables stocked and supplies evenly distributed all throughout the event. Runners will assist the Table Hosts to ensure that every table has what it needs for guests!

Set up: Help set up before the start of the event! Set up team will meet outside of the Leidesdorff parking garage at 3 pm and will conclude by 4:30 pm.

Tear down: Help tear down and clean up after the event. Tear down begins at 9 pm.
